Annotation:

The cross sections for excitation and dissociation processes in O+-N2 collisions have been measured for ion energies over the range 0.7-10.0keV. During excitation of molecules and products of dissociation the role of metastable particles O + (2D) and O + (2P) has been investigated. For studying of effect of orientation of a molecular axis, polarization of radiation of the excited particles was measured.
