Actomyosin-like proteins were isolated from the brain of rat, rabbit and bull. Meanwhile we have studied an influence of several neurotransmitters on the activity of actomyosin like protein like Serotonin, Acetylcholine, Gamma-Aminobutyric acid / 10-6 10-5 10-4, 10-3 M/. Proceed from the obtained results it was concluded, that the modulatory influence of neurotransmitters like Serotonin, Acetylcholine, Gamma-Aminobutyric acid on Ca2+, Ma2 + - ATF-ase activity of actomyosin-like proteins from glial cells reflect on their role of pulsation and realization its tropical function as well.
