On the approximation properties of Cesaro means of negative order of double Vilenkin-Fourier series

We estabilish approximation properties of Cesaro means of Vilenkin-Fourier series. This result allows one to obtain a condition wich is necessary and sufficient for the convergence of Cesaro means to function in the L_p metric.
