Floods and flashfloods are distinguished by their frequency and loss of natural disasters. The world's natural disasters are linked to floods and inundations of which are the most frequent natural disasters in comparison to other, climate change is expected to increase in the frequency and intensity of natural disasters increase, as observed in recent years. Impact of floods and flashfloods devices in two different types: - Damage and destruction of different types of engineering structures (for example, dam, bridge, bank protection structures, etc.); - The river shore and ran groves, settlements and agricultural lands flooded. Flood and Flash Flood risk refers to the probability of their occurrence and impact (losses, opposite) natural and agricultural facilities, the risk of exposure to risk.
