Annotation:

From early days Screening problem play one of the important parameters in collective processes because it describes characteristic of Plasma. Our purpose is to investigate screening problem in quantum degenerate Fermi-liquid. We know that Fermi-liquid natural exist only at low temperatures (near 0 K) and in a highly dense matter where quantum effects cannot be ignored. In the last years, there was derived Novel Quantum Kinetic equation where is given absolutely new member which describe diffraction of electrons in matter. We are interested how to influence this new member on such a collective process as screening, increases or decreases it. Also, it is interesting how will change potential energy with considering above-mentioned effect. in view of the fact we discuss Fermi-liquid, additional effect enters from an interaction of particles. Its fascinate interaction effect with diffraction effect how will change a size of screening and in general, how to affect on potential. We explore attract and abduct interactions between particles
